I realize “feedback” can be a source of anxiety, although when provided with intention, it can help recognize blind spots and achieve success.
Let’s start by breaking down the three types of feedback:

+ Coaching: Helps us learn and expand our knowledge, skills, and capabilities
+ Evaluation: Assesses our skills and abilities against a set of standards
