This month, the moon is doing something rare and a little magical—offering us not one but TWO full moons: the Flower Moon on the 1st and the Blue Moon on the 31st.
I love learning about the moon’s cycles and their effects on our rhythms and seasonal patterns. Full moons, particularly, are times of peak illumination and intense energy.
And TWO of them this month?! Feels like extra++ possibility!
The moon has a way of lighting paths we didn’t know were there.
It pulls the tides and calls us outside to look up. And when it’s full, it asks us to pay attention—to what’s ready and what’s been waiting in the dark.
Speaking of cosmic wonder—last month, Jeremy and I held our breath as the Artemis II astronauts returned to Earth at 25,000 mph. What a wild thing to see live! That lunar flyby cracked something open in our collective belief. Now, more than before, we believe anything is possible.
It couldn’t be clearer: Possibility is In Season.
I mean, even the name of the month, May, is a word for reaching possibilities—just imagine what may happen!
So let May be your month of exploration. Follow your curiosity, try new things.
Reach for the moon…and beyond.
At the start of each week in May, open a “Notes to Self” page in your planner and write down this question: “What’s possible this week?”
Then write down at least 3 possibilities.
Choose things that excite you, stretch you, or feel new.
That might be reconnecting with someone you find inspiring or sharing a new idea with your colleagues. It could mean taking on a small creative risk, exploring a new career curiosity, or starting a tiny habit you’ve been feeling drawn toward.
Whatever you write down, it’s important to remember that there is no pressure attached to your list.
These are possibilities, not commitments.
A few years ago, Jenny Blake and Sarah Young hosted Business Besties Brunch—it was one of those opportunities you simply can’t say no to. What I didn’t know then was how much that one yes would shape everything after.
Two seeds of possibility were planted. One to create the In Season planner, and the other to share my personal story for the first time.
And the serendipity didn’t stop there—wait until you hear how Jenny found the planners on a NYC sidewalk, pen and card still tucked inside.
So, recently, I invited them on the Flourish Careers podcast, and we had so much fun talking about the creative process and the vulnerability of putting heart-led work out into the world.
Listening back to our episode, one idea kept rising to the surface: Possibility is In Season when we pause long enough to notice what’s trying to get our attention.
If you’ve ever felt a pull toward something you couldn’t quite explain yet, this episode is for you.

If you know someone in a season of possibility this May—a grad, a teacher, a colleague stepping into something new—I’d love to help you make it meaningful.
A few colleagues have recently ordered full cases (12 planners each!) as gifts, and one dear colleague ordered a few to share with her daughters—a small, beautiful way of saying I believe in what’s possible for you. The response has been so special.
With that said, wholesale pricing is available for bulk orders.

Remember when you were a kid and nothing was off limits? (I mean, how many of you wanted to be astronauts?!) Somewhere along the way, the big dreams got quieter, and the weight of expectation got louder.
On the blog, we’re breaking down how to flip all that and do a reset. If you’ve been chasing someone else’s version of success, it’s time to build a career plan rooted in what’s possible for you…not what’s expected of you.
Rooting for you and all that’s possible,
Jenn
